Whirly Fan doesn't protect Wurt from overheating while running.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Wurt during summer.

2. Build Whirly Fan.

3. Run with Whirly Fan.

4. Take damage from overheating while running.

5. Curse Maxwell, because the "pathetic device" doesn't get the job done.

6. Die due to overheating while running with the Whirly Fan.

If it's in the middle of summer you need to be also underneath a tree at the same time because the whirly fan only reduces temperature by like 10 degrees
