When you make no changes to mod configuration settings it still asks you if you're sure if you want to save the changes unlike before

When you make no changes to mod configuration settings it still asks you if you're sure if you want to save the changes even though you made none. Previously this didn't happen I think before the QoL updates, it'd be nice if it was like before where it doesn't ask if you're sure if you made no changes because it's kinda annoying
