When i try to change characters at the portal i go back in time

When i go to the portal e use the item on the portal to change characters my game starts loading and then i go back to a previous place that i was in the past, i loose all the progress to the point where i logged on on the server

Note: i got back to where i started my server back on, lost more or less 2 hours of progress. Also the rollback doesen't work somehow.

Steps to Reproduce

I go to the Celestial Portal and use a moon rock idol then, the animation of my character plays and he desapears, after that i enter a loading screen and go back in time.

I’ve seen similar reports in the past but haven’t ever been able to replicate it myself.

I do have a few client mods but server mods i only have global pause and [api] gem core
