When I add the caves in a world I get an error ( Dedicated server failed to start)

I do not have any mod activated and this is a world of 1 person, this error is recent since before I could create worlds normally. I hope you can help me with a solution.

Enter the game - Host Game - Create New World - add caves - Generate World
