What's wrong with hallowen skins?

I noticed that some of old halloween skins have diffirent qualities. Example: pay and free Willow's:

Klei gives temporal "free" skins during events like halloween and winter. The free versions will go away once Hallowed Nights end, its not a bug but a feature

They are referring to the resolution of them.
