In other words, Wes will do the speaking animation when inspecting items in your inventory or talking in chat.
Also, you can't examine any objects while you are on a chair - I'm not sure if that's a bug.
Steps to Reproduce
As Wes, craft a Wooden Chair, sit on it and examine/inspect an item in your inventory, or say something in the chat.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
