Wendy or Willow MacTusk doesn't drop nice things

I'm playing with my friend who is Wendy, I am Willow. If I kill MacTusk (senior) he will only drop a blow dart and a meat. In this game instance I have murdered him about 3 times, each with the same result. Wendy friend has killed him twice. If Wendy (or Abigail possibly) kills him he drops tusk or hat, etc.

It may be worth mentioning we travelled to the walrus base via wormhole.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be Wendy and Willow

2. Worm to walrus base

3. As Wendy, distract and kill the dogs with Abigail.

3.5 As Willow, slap MacTusk many times in hot pursuit. (This is the part where he dies.)

4. Disappointment

Go to bugs

mactusk has a 25% chance to drop his hat, and a 50% chance to drop his tusk no matter how he dies.
