Webber's Sea Striders eat fish in defensive mode

Spiders are supposed to ignore meat left on the ground/water if Webber blows the Webby Whistle to put them in "defensive mode".

However, this "defensive mode" won't stop Sea Striders from jumping off the boat and eating any fish they can find, which makes it practically impossible for Webber to catch any fish if they have Sea Striders following them.
