After death from the clutches of Badger near water I am falling into ocean and I can't go outside.

Steps to Reproduce
I tried to go beyond the water, and restarting the game. But nothing new happened.
Go to bugs

This will teleport you back on to land. This was implemented by the devs multiple versions ago since people can be pushed out of the land in a lot of different ways.
