His upper arms are not present with the new jacket on, leaving a big gap when performing multiple actions ingame. I could only get one proper picture. Other examples would've included him pulling his pants in the wardrobe screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Wear the new shadow jacket, see the detached arms past his ripped sleeves.
