Wanda's Ageless Watches are not restoring age if you use it while taking damage from overheating or freezing.

Taking damage stops any healing, and healing stops any more damage ticking. Continuous damage cannot be healed through as Wanda.

 

I think it's not a bug, when you take damage in the middle of using ageless watch, it cancels the healing

Working as intended.
