Unsure if intentional, but this pops out from the other skins and is inconsistent.

His hands and whatever skintones in other clothings are also mismatched now with the new skin

1. Compare old Walter skintones to new Triumphant skintone

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I had forgotten to mention/include in the original report, but the portrait also has a paler color compared to other portraits. I hope that won't be missed!
