Steps to Reproduce

1.Craft a Pinetree Pioneer hat with the Brimmed Felt Rosarian skin

2. Give the hat to your soon-to-be fashionista, Wortox

3. Note that the hat is off-centre and reassure him that it's not the clothes that make the imp

the felt hat has(to my knowledge) already been changed twice to be more aligned. this poor hat is just unlucky XD
