Looks like an huge mistake was made during a recent hotfix because Walter's entire Roseate skin was leaked! Or rather a work in progress version of it!
Steps to Reproduce
Equip Walter's Merrymaker head skin specifically, and see that something is majorly off...
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
