Wagstaff Tools will never disappear after wrapping and unwrapping.

Neither will they stop him from spawning more. Since they emit light and you can amass infinite amounts, it's quite game breaking (although tedious to do, so you decide what to do )

Edit: Turns out, they disappear after each relog. So I suppose it's handled quite well then!
