lantern, redlantern and minerhat push "torchranout" event instead of "itemranout" when running out of fuel.
The former is deprecated in DST, so characters say nothing instead of "My light just ran out!"
If this is a bug, don't forget to also add announce = "ANNOUNCE_TORCH_OUT" to their event tables
Steps to Reproduce
Equip a Lantern, Red Lantern or Miner Hat and let it run ot of fuel
