Vibration not working after latest patch (PC, Xbox One controller)

The past few days my Xbox One controller no longer vibrates in-game.

I have verified the integrity of the game files, tried starting a new world without mods and confirmed with several testing tools (including Steam's own) that the vibration in my controller is in fact working. It works in another Steam game. It's just in DST that I have a problem.

Steps to Reproduce

Open game, get hit by a mob.

Go to bugs

Same thing i have DualSense controller and ever since the new update that added new haptics the vibration stopped working completely.

I just want to update this thread with saying that the vibration issue is still ongoing. I still don't get any vibration in my controller in DST, but in other games and with testing software, it works fine. I've been checking for game updates since July, but the few that have been have not solved this issue.
