Vargs can spawn on water

In the event they spawn feasting, and with a bit of badluck, this is a possibility. This also seem to have prevented the Varg to be revived by Gestalts when it was killed, it immediately faded away despite I had one to be mutated moments ago with rifts still up.

Their spawn offset could be fixed to avoid water but how about allowing Vargs to swim like other hounds do while we're at it ?
