Unraveling skins in game (in the character select screen) only plays the unravel sound fx in your left headphone/speaker side

As described in title, very simple and straightforward. Very easy to replicate also, I asked multiple other users in VC to confirm this, they confirmed the bug was on their side as well. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join any server, or host your own server 
2. Go to the character select screen
3. Unravel a (duplicate or any other) skin.
