If an Ice Flingomatic isn't loaded(As in if the player walks far enough away that it unloads.) The Ice Flingomatic will not stop crops from withering.
On numerous occasions when using farms I have returned from travel in summer to find a significant percentage of my crops withered, despite the Ice Flingomatic being on and active.
Steps to Reproduce
Leave area with farms and flingo for a while, then return.
