unable to stop reading animation (wicker books)

wickerbottom refresh were added cancel animation when reading her books, but now you are stuck in the reading  animation if you missclick.

Steps to Reproduce

1. have any wicker book in the inventory

2. right click to read

3. you are now stuck in the animation until it ends.

The animation canceling for this item was not intended to go as fast as it was and was fixed during a pass over stategraph handling.
