unable to join other peoples world on PS4/5

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to your friends' worlds. I have a couple of questions that could help us solve the problem

- Are you (and your friends) playing on PS4 or PS5
- Are you trying to join the worlds through the server browser, or using in-game Invites or Presence?
- Are you trying to join friends only, password, or open worlds?
- Have you tried joining a random open server through the browser?

I have the same problem. On PS5 does not connect to the server. after the game loads, it returns to the beginning

same not able to join any world since the last patch, random one or a friend server

both password or non password protected

 

I have the same problem with friends after the last update. Any attempt to join throws you back to the main menu.

UPDATE: You should now be able to join your friends' games through the browser, so you can play together again. You will need to restart the game before it starts working again.

Joining an invitation is still broken, as is joining a dedicated server. I'm looking into those and we'll get you a fix ASAP.

I still can't join other people's games.

Yes, I can join friend’s world/ friends can join mine.

But it still cannot join another world…
