I had died during the jumping animation when trying to use the walking plank, and upon revival it would seem I am unable to board the blank anymore, thus making me unable to evacuate boats.
Steps to Reproduce
Board blank.
Get killed while mounted/jumping.
Try and board again, but aren't able to.
