Umbralla cant block lighting

Is this intended or bug?
If it is intended for it to not block lighting, can make it work like a lighting rod? it do look like lighting rod.

Steps to Reproduce

Equip umbralla.
Read the end is nigh.

Go to bugs

not all the rain gear got electric isolation

umbrella for example dosen't have a isolation for electric charges (ex volt goats, lighting)

the eyebrella and rain coat for example have electric isolation on them
