Twitch Radiant Staff Caller's Staff Drop Problem

Hello. 
I have a problem with this Twitch drops.

I watched streams for hours and didn't get that item. I got without problem Glass Eyebrella, but when it comes to Staff I got only icon and portrait frame (like in screenshot). I watch these streams for over four days and i don't what to do to get that Staff.

Anyone had this problem and how tp help?

You simply missed the drop. The starcaller's staff was available until last thursday, since then the glass eyebrella was the twitch drop (until tomorrow).
