Twitch Drop unclaimable despite watch hours

Not sure if this is your department, but I don't know where else to post.

I watched the 3 hours needed for all 3 rewards, but only the icon was claimed. I tried claiming the other drops to no success.

Steps to Reproduce

Watch the necessary times for the twitch drop on a klei ambassador's stream and attempt to claim drop.
