If you're wearing a turf-raiser helm and it runs out of durability before it runs out of turf to distribute, the turf drops on the ground and is invisible until you spacebar to pick it up.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Turf-raiser helm breaks with turf still in its inventory.
2) Turf turns invisible when it drops on the ground
3) Spacebar to reveal turf
