Tumbleweeds' War tab blueprints get replaced by Warrior Costume Patterns

Due to both having same prefab name, introduction of warrior costume pattern led to confusion in tumbleweed loot table. Originally reported here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick a tumbleweed that was supposed to have WAR_blueprint in it.

2. Get war_blueprint instead.
