Why did the chest for the first entrance during the event become heirloom elegant instead of elegant rarity? Or is it just my personal bug? 

And chest disappeared from logs items received.

Why has the rarity changed on all chests? I know that the first entry to the event is an elegant Trick or Treat Chest. None of the chests were opened until the heirloom update and later. I checked on another account and indeed the first login is an elegant chest.

I ran the test. And both chests do not conflict on another account. Also in the logs there is no indication of receipt. But it was on the 21st.
