Pretty funny bug I stumbled upon entirely by accident when a moonstorm appeared over a chassis. Like the title says, it works in reverse too, so you can have the moonstorm overlay while in the oasis.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a chassis in the oasis during summer and a chassis in a moonstorm, then simply teleport between the two bodies.
