Touch stone won't work!

I can't revive with the touch stone, help

 

Steps to Reproduce
I don't know, the hounds killed me and I went to the touch stone to haunt it and I am still a ghost.
Go to bugs

Touchstones are a one-time use per player, meaning touchstone X can be used any player, but each individual player can only use that touchstone once. Did you die before and haunt that very same touchstone?
