Things spawning in the middle of the ocean

I generated a new world and there is a tree in the middle of the ocean that I can't get to.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how to replicate it, I guess it is a random thing that happens during world generation

This has been happening ever since the wonkey update many things which shouldn't be spawning on the ocean spawn on the ocean
