The Moonstorm overlay flickers in black on GNU/Linux

This is the first time I see Moonstorms in the game, and they create some black flickers on Wagstaff's fonts and the inventory icons. Also, when entering a Moonstorm and opening the map the whole screen is simply black.

Maybe the alpha color is shown as black, for some reason. Comparing what is happening in my game with videos on Youtube it looks like the black is supposed to be transparent.

Steps to Reproduce

Play on GNU/Linux with the AMD open source graphics driver stack. Enter a Moonstorm in the game. Open the map.

I am also experiencing this bug aswell however I am using NVIDIA 525.125.06 driver and linux mint 20.3. When I have desert goggles equipped everything is normal but without i experience the above.
