The Chilled Amulet does not work inside the Fumarole biome, making it useless against it, even though it's a BLUE GEM cooling item, which should be powerful.
Steps to Reproduce
- Equip a Chilled Amulet
- Go inside the Fumarole Biome
- Die of heatstroke
