Apparently using the "Fixer's Gloves" and the "Botanist's Waistcoat" together makes the character's arms vanish.
Steps to Reproduce
I just used both the "Fixer's Gloves" and the "Botanist's Waistcoat" items together with any character and their arms vanished.
