Terrorclaws block placement at the center of a boat

When anchored to a boat, they block placement of objects at the center of the boat, bit weird!

I was hoping to use the bone helmet while building a little boat area but it's a bit difficult

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a terrorclaw anchored to a boat

2. Can't place in middle of boat
