terrible lags after an update

I think that may be due to this mod. Try disabling it and then running this console command in the world (make sure it says Remote, Ctrl to toggle):

FindEntity(TheWorld, 10, function(inst) inst:Remove() end, { "_inventoryitem" })

I did it and there is much better, but lags still appear.

Also, does the issue persist in brand new worlds?

I haven't tried new worlds yet, I'll try at the evening. The lags were crazy when my friend joined (before the update she has no problem), we both have lags just like in posted movie

Whoops, I was expecting a zipped folder... 

Could you do that and then attach again?

sorry, I've got my mind lags too  can't believe I did that

Hmm, runs just fine on my end, I even went to the same spot as you. Maybe that's because my machine is more powerful. Though I wasn't running any of your mods.

I assume the troubles are caused by either:

• One or more of your mods (Try disabling them!)
• Optimization isues from recent updates
