Tackle receptacle notification

Every time you go near the Tackle rec. with some logs, a lightbulb appears next to the icon and the sound is played- as if the machine has a new recipe for you to prototype. No recipe is lit up however, and building the stuff doesn't make the notifications disappear. Can be frustrating.
