SW Loyal Item code already used

Dear Kley Team,

I recently discovered the possibility of unlocking the DST SW Loyal item. I've tried to redeemed it however a popup appeared saying that the code was already used. I remember I tried using this code the time where the ROG Loyal item was issued and I read there was a bug at the time. Is there a way to solve this problem and unlock this wonderful in-game goodie? I have already collected my proof of purchase in case is needed ;).
