Stuck in Chinese region and Error 502 / Failed to Send Server Listing

I am having issues.  I DC'd from a public dedicated server for a few minutes and and when I came back, I somehow got into the Chinese region and all the servers available to me were Chinese.  I restarted the game and eventually saw non-Chinese servers but didn't see the public server I had been previously playing on.  I don't think any are US (which is where I'm located).  Also, when I try to launch any server (hosted or dedicated) I get an error.  

 

I have verified game files and rebooted my computer.

Edit:  Seems I am now stuck in the EU region.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a server or try to browse pub servers.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

The master list is having issues with showing the North America servers again today.  Last time this happened they fixed it relatively quickly.

Same here - Really wish I could change my online server to offline.... It has been over 2 hours for me at least.
