Steam DST Closing on Launch

I can't post an error message as it closes on launch. Boot up on black screen, then just closes after 3 seconds. 
Both the 64-bit and 32-bit have the same fate.

 

PS. I read that you are also asking for MDMP file for Steam users, but I can't seem to find it. I have no 'beta' folder on my steamapps/common folder.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch the game through Steam.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble launching the game. Unfortunately I am not seeing any indication of what may be causing the game to crash on the provided logs. If you have not done so yet, please check the link below, you should be able to find a resolution to just about every issue that won't allow you to play Don't Starve Together. Additionally, if the game is not launching on Steam after you see the message "Preparing to Launch...." please follow the troubleshooting steps provided on Steam's Support page: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/5814-D9A3-BE42-62DF 

Finally, please ensure that there are no programs running in the background that may interfere with or conflict with the games' and Steam's processes: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289
