是的我也有这样的问题！（因为好像没法创建新的bug tracker帖子，所以我就直接写在这里吧，希望楼主不介意）

After watching the bilibili live streaming for 6 hours and 45 minutes, I logged into the game and the official website, and found that I only got the background(or Portrait) and the conch torch, but the rewarded conch torch avatar was not added to my account. And I'm not the only one with this bug.
