Giving spiders any MEAT that restores health (Jerky, Pierogi, etc.) does not restore any health to them.
I am told that this is because spiders don't actually "eat" the food the way pigs and other mobs do, they just destroy it and pretend they ate it or something like that.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Feed a damaged spider Pierogi or Jerky or some other health-restoring meat.
2. Notice it doesn't increase their health at all.
