- I can't increase the sound from 0 in the game settings

Steps to Reproduce

I haven't played this game in a while, and when I reinstall and start it, the default values for the sound effects are at 0,0,0, when I try to change it to a higher value and press Apply. He still doesn't play. and the values remain at 0.

I've tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, but it's still the same, any solution?

The relevant lines are:
  

[00:00:01]: FMOD Error: Error initializing output device.

From there, every time it tries to play sound it fails.  This looks like your audio device may have a configuration issue on your operating system side.  Can you see if there is a driver update for your sound card?  For that matter, what is your audio configuration?

Perhaps try setting different audio output on Windows if that won't work. Try reinstalling audio drivers.
