A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the other two.

The other two have a hole below ingame. Although they are not the same prefab  technically, they are important components in the visual effect. Without that hole, they look strange.

Many other entries image in the scrapbook that have been special processed anyway, so I also posted them for expectation some changes.

Thanks for the feedback. We've looked over the scrapbook states, they'll be in the hotfix after this one.
