Some mobs invisible, No Dirt Tracks, spawn mobs broken

I was hunting Volt Goats in a rainy day of spring in the oasis, there was no dirt tracks so tried to spawn one via console, but i (or any other mob, like Abigail) can't interact with it, turned off all Mods, verified files, I did a new world and nothing, still happens, also I saw an invisible pig fighting merms. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to spawn beffalo with the console
2. search for dirt tracks.
3.Look at the invisible mobs.

as i know right, dirt tracks won't spawn any animal if spawned via console
