Skin coloring bugs

The icon for the Woeful skin has red hair ties, but the actual skin doesn't.

The fine overcoat skin is missing some gold, too.

Steps to Reproduce

Put on Woeful Willow skin. Notice hair tie isn't red.
Notice the icon for the Fine overcoat is missing some coloring. Steam icon also has this issue.

Winona's triumphant has her eyebrows in a different position from her icon as well.
