skill tree is missing

they DO have reworks. I checked it twice, because at one point I thought I was crazy. But I was right

Reworks/refreshes are not skilltrees (with the exception of Wilson's). Those were the first round of character changes, and skilltrees are the second.

The characters you posted do not have skilltrees (yet). The abilities they gained in their reworks are not unlocked via Insight points.

@Nkl hello! If you still have that eye icon that because of mod which you used for unlocking skills for characters. If you want remove it, do this:

Open up this file: Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\<Steam3ID>\client_save\skilltree and manually edit the skillxp value for the character you wish to reset to 0. You'll also need to remove the corresponding table for the character you reset under activatedskills. Not sure if this file is synced across devices, so I'd recommend making a backup before doing any editing.
