Shift clicking into empty backpack slot doesn't work anymore

As the title says, when I have a regular backpack with an empty slot and I'm lets say shift clicking stacks of items from a chest to my inventory, it doesn't go into the empty backpack slots, I have to move items into said backpack slots, free up inventory and then shift click down from a chest.

I'm guessing this is a side effect of the priority code you made for the seed backpack I remember seeing in the beta logs?

Steps to Reproduce

Have a full inventory

Have a regular backpack

Go into a chest with items

Shift click them to move them from one inventory to another

it shouldn't go into the backpack

Go to bugs

No, this is an issue and not related to mods.

It revolves around the backpack ui without a controller when using mouse+kb.  Sometimes when you pick up an item off the ground and it goes into overflow it won't show the item having an icon when normal items have that 'flying icon' to show that it's going into your inventory area.

When this happens it will no longer register for move actions until the item is selected and moved around.
