The shadow tentacles from using a thulecite club and/or Walter's thulecite ammo do not spawn on boats, due to the "allow_boats" parameter not being set to true when calling FindWalkableOffset in the onattack function.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go on a boat
2. Try to use a thulecite bat/walters slingshot ammmo
3. Notice that shadow tentacles will never spawn
